These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the On My Way Car Wash mobile application and website (the "Service") operated by On My Way Car Wash LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

Service Description

On My Way provides a mobile car wash booking platform connecting customers with professional car wash services in the United Arab Emirates. Our Service includes:

• Mobile application for booking car wash services
• On-demand car wash at your preferred location
• Various service packages (exterior wash, interior cleaning, detailing)
• Secure payment processing
• Customer support

User Accounts

Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activities.

Bookings and Payments

Making a Booking

When you book a service through our app:

• You agree to pay the displayed price for the selected service
• Prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable
• You must provide accurate vehicle and location information
• You must ensure the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time

Cancellation Policy

Payment Terms

• Payment is processed securely through our payment partners
• We accept major credit/debit cards and digital wallets
• Payment is charged upon booking confirmation
• Refunds are processed according to our refund policy

Service Delivery

Your Responsibilities

To ensure successful service delivery, you must:

• Ensure your vehicle is accessible at the specified location and time
• Remove valuable personal items from the vehicle
• Provide accurate contact information for communication
• Report any pre-existing damage before service begins

Service Limitations

Our service providers may decline service if:

• The vehicle location is inaccessible or unsafe
• Weather conditions prevent safe service delivery
• The vehicle condition requires specialized treatment
• The customer is unavailable or unresponsive

Liability and Disclaimers

Service Quality

We strive to provide high-quality car wash services. However:

• Results may vary based on vehicle condition
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage
• Some stains or marks may not be fully removable

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for items left in vehicles

Insurance

Our service providers carry appropriate insurance coverage. Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion with supporting evidence.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by On My Way Car Wash LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Submit false or misleading information
• Harass or abuse our staff or service providers
• Use the Service to transmit harmful code or content

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitute acceptance of the modified Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
